MikroTik MIK-GPER Gigabit Passive Ethernet Repeater

The MikroTik MIK-GPER Gigabit Passive Ethernet Repeater, or GPeR, is an essential tool for extending Ethernet cable in various settings. With the ability to extend up to 1,500 meters, the GPeR is especially useful in highrise and multi-apartment buildings. When using CAT6 Ethernet cable, the maximum distance between the GPeR and power source/router is 100 meters, or up to 150 meters for high quality cable. Additionally, two GPeR devices can be connected with a maximum distance of 210 meters. If the destination device does not support PoE-in powering, the PoE Passthrough can be disabled manually. The GPeR features two 10/100/1000 Ethernet ports and supports both 802.3af/at PoE in and out, with a voltage input range of 24-57 volts. This versatile device can withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to 70°C.
